COVID-19 SAFETY MEASURES

 

To create a safe environment for our visitors and team, we have implemented comprehensive health and cleanliness protocols consistent with government recommendations. Please note that these protocols may change over time as new guidance from health authorities becomes available. 

REDUCED # OF VISITORS: 

We have significantly reduced the number of visitors who are allowed inside at any one time.  We allow 15 guests every half hour.

FACE COVERINGS REQUIRED:

All visitors and team members are required to wear a face covering at all times while inside our space. Please note:

  • Visitors are encouraged to bring their own face covering. 

  • Face masks available for additional purchase at the time of entry.

CLEANING PROCEDURES:

  • Our spaces will be deep cleaned before opening and at the end of the day using official CDC recommended and EPA registered cleaning solutions to fight against the virus

  • Throughout the day, our team members have been trained to disinfect all touch points immediately after any exposure or contact with guests

  • We regularly sanitize all surfaces frequently touched by the team and public.

  • Rest assured that each time you enter a space it will have just been sanitized .

SOCIAL DISTANCING: 

This exhibit is designed around social distancing, and includes the following measures:

  • Face-to-face interactions between visitors and our team will be limited

  • We will provide a suggested directional flow through our space.

  • Our employees will observe social distancing when working in the space or meeting with other team members. 

HAND SANITIZER STATIONS: 

Hand sanitizer will be made available to all visitors at reception, the bar and wherever the visitor is presented with an opportunity to touch artwork.

SYMPTOMS CHECK: 

Team members feeling unwell or exhibiting any COVID-19 symptoms will be sent home. Visitors feeling unwell or exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms may reschedule for another day or have their tickets refunded.

CASHLESS EXPERIENCE:  

All transactions onsite are cashless.  You can reserve your tickets on our website HERE or purchase them at our front desk.

REDUCED TOUCH-POINTS: 

Visitors can opt to use their own phones instead of touching our screens to submit liability waivers or to submit feedback.

AIR VENTILATION: 

Two ventilation units will continuously pull air out of the space during operating hours.
